Led telecommunications design for rehabilitation of the existing and adding new telecommunications manholes along a 1.5-mile stretch of Airport Way, which is the main access route to Portland International Airport (PDX). This included construction and telecommunications design of an IT hut to serve as the connection point for private telecommunications utilities into the airport. Designed a method to physically securing existing and new manholes, routing and design of new fiber and copper backbone to the IT hut, and fiber connections to new digital signage for travel advisory messages inbound to the airport. Met the client's critical compressed schedule, and delivered contract plans and specifications for $9 million worth of total project construction costs within six months.

Responsible for providing design of the new outside plant in preparation of five new buildings and a hangar. Prepared design and created an RFP for switch expansion and an OC-48 SONET transport ring.
